The attached list includes all testing laboratories inspected by the Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory
during the two most recent inspection tours. The information includes the name of the laboratory, its location, the
last inspection tour in which it was visited, the type of inspection performed, and the date of the most recent
inspection. Inclusion of the laboratory in this list does not in itself indicate competency, but does reflect a high
level of interest in the quality of the test work performed. A written report on the individual inspection has been
furnished to each laboratory. Anyone wishing to know more about the inspection should ask the laboratory to see a
copy of this report.
